About Rise Sports
For Ages 1+ (grouped by age/ability for specific sessions).
Duration: 1 hour per week for 8 weeks.
Goals:

Develop social-emotional skills (SEL) such as empathy, communication, and self-regulation.

Foster inclusion and teamwork through adapted, inclusive activities.

Structure: Each session includes a sports focus and a corresponding SEL skill, with activities adjusted to meet the needs of all participants.
